Just before crossing the state line into Arkansas, you’ll come across one of the most unique nature parks in Missouri. It’s almost as if it was built just by the border to prevent Missourians from leaving this beautiful state. Dogwood Canyon is open to the public and is dedicated to preserving wildlife and plant life.

The Dogwood Canyon Foundation, a non-profit organization, owns and manages the park and is dedicated to preserving and protecting the canyon’s natural plant and wildlife environment.
